Built from necessity.
Driven by love.
Some organizations are built from opportunity. This one was built from necessity.
Addiction has lived in our family for as long as we can remember. We have watched siblings — on both sides — fight battles with substance use disorder that most people only read about. We have watched children grow up in the shadow of that fight. Fathers who couldn't stay. Mothers who couldn't stop. Families who deserved better.
My sister Leah built Revive and Thrive Transitional Living in California — watching parents walk through her doors broken and walk out as the people their children needed. That changed something in me. What she built needed to exist in Brevard County.
We are not a typical nonprofit. We use our real estate expertise to source housing below market — and every dollar we save goes directly back into programming and services for the families we serve. People over profits. That is not a slogan. It is how we operate.
